So... I may have gone a little overboard this month. I decided I wanted to do more this year. See more museum exhibits, go to more events, things like that. So I spent the better part of a morning like most people in Denver trying to get Hamilton tickets...and failing. I use to be incredibly shy and introverted. So I already knew my first solo business trip back in 2010 was going to push me to my limits (and it did right away with sitting in the cockpit of an airplane!) But, I figured it would be fine. Today is my birthday, and I've hit the "Big 3-0". In May 2010 I was tasked with my first solo business trip, which was to Lake Placid, NY.  As a seasoned traveler, planning a trip isn't hard. But I ran into a road block. To get to Lake Placid I could choose between 3 different airports to fly into and then rent a car and drive 3+ hours to Lake Placid or I could fly to Boston and then take an expensive regional flight into a nearby town, and then take a 30 minute taxi to Lake Placid.
