Happy Holidays! This year I did a bunch of events for the Holidays! From an Art Giveaway at Understudy from the artist Jonathan Saiz who you'll remember from the Blue Chipped Vending Machine to decorating cookies with friends! (As you can see, we think alike! Dino Ugly Sweaters For the Win!) I also went with my family to the Gaylord hotel to see the Holidaze Cirque performance:   View this post on Instagram   Cirque! It was a very busy month for me! I saw Kathleen Madigan perform, went to a Broncos game with my Dad (they actually won!), watched Monster Trucks with my nephew and went on two trips!   View this post on Instagram   Taking dad to #broncos #clevsden for his birthday! I think this will sum up my Hauntingly Favorite Month: So I just got an email from a local cemetery asking if I wanted to meet up tomorrow "To Start Planning For the End". I responded with, "Unless you are a Haunted House/Ghost Tour having a laugh with an epic marketing pitch I'm not interested." They responded with "Nope, we aren't haunted, but appreciate your humor. We'll take you off the list." Man they aren't even trying to sell their cemetery well. "Not Haunted" my ass It is also Tessa's favorite month, but that is because she likes to eat

I feel like this was a busy month and beyond the work trip I'll talk about below, the main highlight this month was attending the Reddit Modshow Denver edition. It was fun meeting some local legends and talk to Reddit employees about modding.   View this post on Instagram   Upvote for drunken mods. #reddit #modshow A post shared by Lili (@liliontheloose) on Sep 20, 2019 at 10:34pm PDT Travel This month I had a huge event in Chicago for work. I was going to meet my new team for the first time so was really stressed out. In the

August was such a busy month! I got to see the play Anastasia based on the 1997 animated film. It was one of the best done plays I've ver seen, I wish I could have seen it more times!   View this post on Instagram   Been waiting to see Anastasia for a while!! A post shared by Lili (@liliontheloose) on Aug 10, 2019 at 12:14pm PDT Continuing the Culture theme I saw Penn & Teller in Denver! I had seen them in Las Vegas before, so it was great to see them again. The show was different which was

Had a good time watching the US vs England Women's World Cup Game! And I also got trapped on a bus in a traffic jam for hours, and staged a jailbreak so I could hike off the highway and catch a ride. That was certainly a mini-adventure. I saw Patton Oswalt's comedy show, it wasn't quite what I expected, but he did handle a heckler with grace. This month was also tough because my dog Tessa got really sick and almost died. After a few stressful days she ended up getting better.   View this post on Instagram   Helping

June was a very busy month for me! I once again attended the Colorado Shakespeare Festival and this year saw Twelfth Night! Later in the month, I saw Fiddler on the Roof which was so moving! I also took my first day off in a while to have a fun Spa day! I've always wanted to see Eddie Izzard, and managed to get a ticket to see him. He was hilarious and one of the best comedians I've seen. So glad I was able to see him this tour. I had two really good museum days. The first was seeing

This was a slow month. We still had some major snowstorms and hail. I also went to a Gluten Free Food festival and had a blast. Found a lot of new products to try out! Recommended Reading Lili on the Loose My favorite post of the month: Han Solo in Carbonite Lunch Box. Other Blogs Top two articles I read were these churches in Rome, and this great article a college friend, Becky, wrote on a Van Gogh Exhibit. Books After finishing the Book of Life, I read the spin off book Time's Covenant. I had heard the person who
