In 2014 we were determined to have a perfect view of the Coronado's Independence Day Parade. The year before we woke up too late, and had to stand at a corner, craning to see.  So my father had gotten up early, and staked out premo places outside of our hotel so we could see the parade in comfort. I wish Colorado had an ocean, as I love living here except for that one oversight. So instead I must enjoy the beach when I get a chance to visit. On one 4th of July weekend I spent it in Coronado, CA and we brought out a bottle of wine and some chairs to watch the sunset. This is Part 3 of my 2014 Year in Review.
