A few years ago I went to an exhibit at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science called Ultimate Dinosaurs and I was struck by the size of Dinosaurs.

This massive vertebra from an Argentinosaurus is as big as a person.

This leg of a Futalognkosaurus Dukei made it clear no museum would ever be able to display a full specimen.

It isn’t just herbivores that are massive, this skull from a Carcharodontosaurus is huge, larger than a T-Rex.

It really puts it in perspective how terrifying these animals were.

Museum Monday is an every other week series about museum news, objects, and reviews.
