Fall is my favorite season! Here are some reasons why! It's time to go back to Hogwarts! And this year was the year of "19 Years Later..." Halloween Decorating can start! I was excited that Dino Skeletons are big this year. (Tessa is not a fan.) And it's soup weather! (Or at least it should be. It was 80 degrees when we went to go get ramen.) Recipe: Sausage & Vegetable Soup

I wanted to cook with fresh veggies including ones I've never cooked with before like Pearl Onions and Bell Peppers. So here is my delicious spur of the moment Sausage and Veggie Soup! Ingredients: 2 tsp Olive Oil 20 Pearl Onions 3 Cloves Garlic, minced 1 cup Sausage, diced 2 tsb Thyme 1 Bay Leaf 3 cups chicken broth 1 cup beef broth Salt to taste 1 tsp Pepper 1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper, diced 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced 1 cup Carrots, roughly chopped 1/2 cup Corn 3 large Potatoes, diced 2 tbs Tomato Paste 2 tbs Red Wine Before you start
