Buying Guide for Egyptian Papyrus Art

Papyrus is the ancient symbol of Lower Egypt and you'll see it everywhere in Egypt. Touts will wave bookmarks and small art at you on the streets. Sellers at historical sites will have them displayed prominently. And you'll pass dozens of "Papyrus Museums" aka showrooms of the stuff. But you have to be very careful, as you could end up with cheap banana leave replicas, or artwork simply printed off a printer. Travel Luck: Puppies on a Plane

One of my bucket list items was to sit next to a cute puppy on a flight. I've seen dogs on planes before, such as service dogs or older small dogs in carriers, but I was never near enough to pet the dog. So I was delighted to see this little pup standing in front of me on a Southwest flight a few years ago. She was flying from Denver to Orange County by her breeder, to meet her forever home.
