I had been meaning to see the Dinosaur Exhibit at the Denver Zoo for months. But never made it. So when I realized it was closing after Halloween I got myself in gear! I visited it at night, during the Dinos After Dark Halloween lights event. I’d highly recommend seeing it during this event. Throughout the zoo there are moving dinosaurs lit up with multi-colored lights. Some even make sounds! Here are some of my favorite photos:
Closest thing to a Triceratops a Diabloceratops
A volcano!
I was amused at this one in front of “Bird World”, its a utahraptor.
Stegosaurus, the Colorado State Dinosaur.
An Edmontonia.
Two Parasaurolophus.
This iguanodon is at the front and is a great selfi spot!
And the mighty T-Rex!
The exhibit is only going on for a few more weeks, and ends on October 31st. If you go to the Dinos After Dark admission is $17. Learn more here.
